My name is Elisabeth Heigl. My Chinese name is 何雅幸. I am a native German speaker from Austria with 10 years of experience teaching German in Taiwan and online. I am fluent in English and Chinese, and I have working knowledge of Greek and French.
In particular, I have extensive experience in helping students prepare for (and pass!) the Goethe Certificates, levels A1-B2.
Additionally, I am well versed in translation from English to German and Chinese to German, as well as proofreading and editing German texts of all sorts!
Furthermore, owing to my extended residence in Taiwan and education in China Studies, I am fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Therefore, I am also well qualified to teach introductory Chinese.
I live in Austria and Cyprus, and in my free time I enjoy running, stand-up paddleboarding, and sitting in a nice café watching people and the world go by. 🙂
